Job Description

We are looking for a 24/7 NOC Engineer to supplement an existing support team.
The successful candidate will be a member of a 24/7 Shift, responsible for efficiently and effectively resolving networking incidents and problems.
What you'll be doing: Working on issues escalated by the day shift, ensuring you maintain the documentation and communication for the issue. Identifying when business-critical IT services are impacted and adjusting the ticket priority accordingly.
